2024 winter schedule
Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday: Opening at 11:00 to 19:30 closing at

The last appointment booking to meet the closing time will be between 18:00 to 18:30 depending on the duration of your scheduled appointment, (60 or 90 minutes).

Parking: Driveway
​
As it is winter and street conditions will vary, to ensure the safety of your vehicle, please park in the driveway.
​
**PLEASE take care and pay attention walking in the driveway during the winter as it may be slippery. Salt and sand is applied when needed, but footwear like running or high heels shoes are not safe on slippery surfaces with snow. Thank you.**
Arrival time: 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment
The winter season is amongst the busiest. To ensure we have the entire time of our scheduled appointment, please arrive 10 minutes in advance to allow us to settle you in.
Entrance: The garage door

The entrance for the winter is through the Garage door. This allows a clean and warm space to take off your outside clothes and boots.
​
Hand washing:
​
The powder room is available at the top of the entrance stairs, inside the home. It is available for all customer needs including to wash your hands. Please wash your hands upon your arrival. Thank you.
Cancellation policy: 72 hrs
I understand that life happens and rescheduling may be necessary.

INSTEAD OF CANCELLING ONLINE YOURSELF: Text me with an alternate date and time and I will move your appointment.
As there are fees every time an appointment is made, to avoid the $10.00 administration fee after cancelling your appointment, INSTEAD; TEXT Me, with your new desired date and I will make the necessary changes as administrator of the booking system.
You will then receive the new date confirmation via Gorendezvous.

If the appointment is cancelled, the administration fee of $ 10.00 will be applied to your credit card, thereafter.
